How much will it cost?

A ‘discovery call’ of around 20 to 30 minutes will cost nothing but your time. Following the session, you are under no obligation to engage me as your coach.

If you decide that exploring coaching may indeed be for you, I ask that fees be paid at the time of booking and respectfully advise that no refunds will be given if an appointment is missed. Of course, appointments can be rescheduled given a minimum 24 hours notice.

Personal Development Coaching

Sessions of around 60 minutes are charged at the following rates:

Weekdays £65

Weekends £90

Anger Management Sessions

Sessions of around 90 minutes are charged at the following rates:

Weekdays £90

Weekends £135

Certificated Anger Management Program – CAMP

The program is covered in 15 ninety minute sessions. This psycho-educational program includes a wealth of additional resources, together with further reading and e-learning recommendations.

The course is certificated for successful completion and must be paid for in full at the time of booking. No refunds will be offered; however, sessions can be deferred should your personal circumstances dictate you are unable to attend.

You must attend a 40 minute pre-engagement session prior to enrolling on the CAMP.

Discounts are offered to Blue Light Card holders and in certain other circumstances. Please do enquire if you believe you may qualify for discounted sessions.

What’s included?

Alongside our sessions together, I provide further resources such as e-learning presentations, links to additional relevant studies, recommendations for further reading and always a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to ask anything at all.

What’s expected of you?

All I ask is that you come to a session as yourself, be open and honest and ready to make changes and I’ll take full responsibility for stewarding the session. Please arrive at the session on time.
