Anger Management
Anger Management Coaching
Anger is a feeling just like every other feeling, but sometimes it goes rogue! The goal of anger management is to help us control the physiological arousal that anger causes. It’s a skill that everyone can learn.
We all feel angry at times – It’s part of being human. Anger is impossible to avoid, elude or ignore – and it’s certainly not healthy to try to.
Anger Management is about realising that our anger has been triggered and taking the time to respond in a kind and assertive way… It’s about responding rather than reacting.
There are myriad reasons why we might feel angry and we may not even know why. It’s my responsibility to bring you to an awareness of how your anger hijacks you and to show you how to express it cleanly.
Are you subject to a court order to attend an anger management program? Contact me – I can help.

Let’s get started
To book a ‘discovery call’ simply click on the button below and let’s begin the journey towards your preferred future.
What now?
My preferred platform is via Zoom. I believe this allows you the convenience and security of physically being where you need to be, without the expense and time needed for travel to and from a session. It also allows me to be in the environment I reserve for my practice.
If you would prefer to talk in person then let’s explore how we can best facilitate that.
Individual sessions of around 60 minutes provide time to explore manageable facets of anger management. There is no limit to the number of sessions you can book and you will know when your personal development has reached a stage from where you can grow and explore on your own.
The full certificated program is delivered via Zoom in 15 sessions, each lasting around an hour and a half.
Group or corporate tailored sessions are available following an initial consultation.
A ‘discovery call’ of around 20 to 30 minutes will cost nothing but your time. Following the session you are under no obligation to engage me as your coach.
Anger & Stress Management Sessions – Individual tailored sessions of 90 minutes are charged at the following rates:
Weekdays – £90
Weekends – £135
Anger & Stress Management Program – The programme is covered in 15 x 90 minute sessions delivered via Zoom and includes a wealth of additional resources, together with e-learning recommendations.
Completion of the course is required for certification and must be paid for in full at the time of booking. No refunds will be offered, however sessions can be deferred should your personal circumstances dictate you are unable to attend.
£POA
Discounts – are offered to Blue Light Card holders and in certain other circumstances. Please enquire if you believe you may qualify for discounted sessions.
I ask that fees be paid at the time of booking and respectfully advise that no refunds will be given if an appointment is missed. Of course, appointments can be rescheduled given 24 hours notice.
Whilst our sessions together are generally set at 60 or 90 minutes (90 minutes for the Anger & Stress Management Course), this doesn’t mean a hard stop if we are at a pivotal point.
Alongside our sessions together, I will provide further resources such as e-learning presentations, links to additional relevant studies, recommendations for further reading and always a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to ask anything at all.
All I ask is that you come to a session as yourself, be open and honest and ready to make changes. I’ll take full responsibility for stewarding the session.
