Hello and a very warm welcome
Fundamentally, what is coaching? Well, it’s about supporting your discovery of the skills you already have, to achieve goals you hadn’t thought possible.
Would you prefer to be the driving force in your life rather than a consequence of what happens to you?
Do you imagine a time where anger is no longer diminishing all areas of your life?
Can you perceive healthy self-esteem replacing negative core-beliefs and happiness becoming a natural, everyday feeling?
In truth, very few of us actually want coaching – we simply desire the results that coaching brings. Yet coaching is a tried and trusted method that can empower you to transition from an unwanted situation to a better, more desirable way of being.
My purpose is to walk alongside you, guiding you towards the future you can only imagine right now.

What is Anger Management?
Well, at a very basic level, it’s the art of controlling our temper.
Anger is a rogue feeling that manifests as a complex emotional state and when not understood can cripple a person with rage, hatred, depression and despair.
We think it’s acceptable to shout at the TV or to bang our fist on the dashboard, gesticulating when another driver fails to execute our idea of ‘perfect road-craft’.
Alas, those close to us – our family members or work colleagues – bear the brunt of our anger.
When we act our anger out by shouting or throwing mobile phones, not only do we frighten others, we also miss the opportunities that feeling angry affords. Anger management teaches us to stop and think rather than react and regret.
A Choice
Some fear that they will lose their identity if they give up their anger, yet learning to express anger cleanly will open doors to an amazing future, filled with opportunities to laugh and love. Not only will you be able to accept others’ failings, but you will also learn to accept yours.
Happiness is within your reach – choosing to suffer is simply an option.
What is the Solution-focused coaching approach?
As with all coaching, Solution-focused (SF) promotes personal development and growth.
I place emphasis on helping you to define a desired future or goal and to structure a pathway – in both thinking and action – that helps you to accomplish it.
SF is a proven approach to positive change within people, relationships and organisations. The approach creates awareness of your goals, explores your current skills, strengths, resources and coping mechanisms and motivates you to realise your best hopes.
Solution-focused coaching is effective for individuals on a personal level and for teams and executives on a business level.
We focus on the following:
- The solution, not the problem
- Strengths, not weaknesses
- What’s going well, not what’s gone wrong
You benefit from:
- Greater awareness of your needs
- Increased self-esteem and sense of empowerment
- Goal achievement
Key Concepts of the Solution-focused approach
Stop doing what doesn’t work – If you discover that some of what you’re doing doesn’t work – STOP!
Don’t focus your efforts on problems, perceived weaknesses or things that neither serve you nor produce a great result.
Discover what works for you and do more of it. This way great results are achieved.
